The Company CAPELLA FELICE was established in February 1939 by a young entrepreneur, Felice Capella. He had an extraordinary personality that included remarkable perception and intuition. He understood the future importance of the automotive and the aircraft industry.
Professionally involved in sports, he was a junior player in the newly formed soccer team, Juventus. His interest in sports extended to boxing, skiing, bowls, boat racing, hunting and, in the 50's, repeated trap-shooting championships.

After prematurely passing away in 1960, his wife Nina took over leadership of the Company. This was not commonplace in this time period. She became a member of A.I.D.D.A, the Italian association of women industrial managers.
Under her management, further expansion was achieved despite difficult economic conditions. CAPELLA FELICE became the preferred supplier of prestigious customers.

Today, the Company is successfully managed by their son, Sergio Capella. He has a Ph.D. in industrial chemistry. Following family tradition, Sergio's  credentials added to the Company's capabilities for a quality system.
CAPELLA FELICE sells the largest array of fasteners to the market. There is a story focus on excellence of quality and continued expansion of the product range. The Company has increased export business while maintaining a strong presence in the domestic market.
CAPELLA FELICE' s objective is to become a well-known supplier to the world market.
